Local properties of Darboux-like functions
The talk will be suitable for a general audience.
Students are strongly encouraged to participate.
Abstract
There are different ways of generalizing continuity of functions
from R to R. One group of these generalizations lead to the
definitions of the classes that are known under the common name
of Darboux-like functions.
The original definitions of these particular classes are global.
The talk will concern the question whether these notions have
their local counterparts as in the case of ordinary continuity.
