About me

I am an assistant professor of Mathematics at West Virginia University. Prior to this I was a postdoc at Imperial College London, a PhD student at University of Wisconsin-Madison, and an undergrad at Babes-Bolyai University, Romania.

My research concerns mainly the mathematical analysis of interaction network models, a body of applied mathematics which attacks the question: "what behaviors of interaction networks are robust to different choices of kinetics and depend only on the topology of the network?" This field of research has become very active in recent years, fueled by its implications to systems biology.
